Joshua Wright

Joshua Wright is a Legal Assistant at Kaufman & Hilbert, supporting a team focused on high-stakes litigation matters. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Georgia before graduating cum laude from the Mercer University School of Law as a Mercer Lawyer Scholar. While at Mercer Law, Joshua was elected President of Mercer Advocacy and was a twice-published editor of the Mercer Law Review, with his work featured in the Annual Survey of Georgia Law. Joshua is among the most decorated advocates in his class, having earned a championship title, a Best Advocate award, a Best Brief award, and an Outstanding Brief award at the nation’s top law school trial tournaments. He was inducted into both the Order of Barristers and the Brainerd Currie Honor Society, and he is the recipient of the 2026 Judge Walker P. Johnson Memorial Award for Professionalism and Ethics in Litigation. A native of Roswell, Georgia, Joshua now resides in Alpharetta and will sit for the July 2026 Georgia Bar Exam.
